Catholic Education Tasmania, in partnership with the St Thomas Aquinas Teaching Schools Institute (STATSI), is proud to open Expressions of Interest for the 2026 STATSI Teacher Cadet Program. At the heart of STATSI is a deep commitment to forming compassionate, capable, and faith-aligned educators. Whether you are beginning your Bachelor of Education or undertaking postgraduate studies in a Master of Teaching, the STATSI Cadetship offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the teaching vocation while being financially supported and spiritually enriched along the way.

Successful applicants become part of a living, breathing school community from early in their studies, gaining invaluable classroom experience while being mentored by seasoned educators.
