This Sunday is the 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time and the Gospel reading is Matthew 10:37-42.
Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and whoever does not take up the cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Those who find their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will find it.
Rewards
“Whoever welcomes you welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. Whoever welcomes a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward; and whoever welcomes a righteous person in the name of a righteous person will receive the reward of the righteous; and whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple—truly I tell you, none of these will lose their reward.”

Changes to Your Corporate Credit Card Account
The Catholic Development Fund (CDF) have advised of changes made to existing and new corporate credit accounts held by TCEO staff members. Rather than contacting CDF, you will now be required to log into Netbank to perform such functions as:
- Reporting lost, stolen or damaged cards
- Viewing transactions
- Activating replacement cards
- Re-setting pins
- Locking/unlocking cards
- View statements
Please see the below document, which explains these changes, as well as instructions detailing how to set-up your access to Netbank and link your corporate credit card to your Netbank account. Those that already have a personal Netbank account will be able to link their corporate credit card to their existing account (these instructions are also in the attached document).
This change is effective immediate, so it is recommended that you set-up your Netbank access as soon as possible.
CDF have confirmed that paper copies of your statements will still be mailed to the office, so there will be no need for you to provide us with your statement copy.

Dyslexia 101 PL workshop
It is estimated that between 5-20% of students have dyslexia or related literacy learning difficulties. But are we as effective as we could be in supporting these learners?
Start Smart Tasmania has developed a one-day, hands-on, professional learning workshop, which unpacks the facts and figures on dyslexia, then examines the most important challenge to teachers of students with dyslexia – providing evidence-based instruction.
During the workshop you will discuss which strategies these learners need, why they work, and guide participants to the resources they need. Finally, you will examine the important adjustments to the curriculum, including assistive technology options, that students require to be successful.
