This Sunday is the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, and the Gospel reading is John 6:51-58.
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” So Jesus said to them, “Very truly, I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have eternal life, and I will raise them up on the last day; for my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood abide in me, and I in them. Just as the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever eats me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like that which your ancestors ate, and they died. But the one who eats this bread will live forever.”
Project Hive Update for CET Staff
The Hive Team are excited to provide you with an update on Project Hive, the initiative is designed to bring you an efficient and user-friendly intranet platform. The Hive Team want to ensure that the development of the intranet aligns with your needs and preferences, and that it continues to meet your requirements over the longer term.
In late May, the Team started conducting Sharing Sessions with TCEO staff. These sessions provide staff with an overview of the project and help the Hive Team understand the communication needs of staff. These are continuing in the first weeks of June. The insights provided by staff so far are greatly appreciated.
The feedback has been invaluable in shaping the development of the intranet and ensuring that it can be tailored to fulfil requirements. The Sharing Sessions for school staff are scheduled for 3:30pm on 13, 15, and 16 June. You can register for these sessions below.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about Project Hive and share your thoughts. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in this exciting initiative!

Early bird registration is now open for It Takes a Spark STEM Conference
Good news for Tasmania's It Takes a Spark STEM Conference - Early bird registration is now open!
The theme ‘STEM – everywhere, everyone, everyday’ is to highlight how STEM is at the heart of innovation and learning in every discipline and is used (mostly unconsciously) by everyone every day. This is not about the acronym but about the thinking, mindsets and skills that STEM engenders.
At it's heart the conference is about bringing students (Year 4 to 10) and teachers together to connect with inspiring industry role models, share their current school-based activities and projects using an authentic sharing and experiential model, create networks of teachers and student teams, and solve social justice design challenges.
